Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the system.

7. Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to addresses within the United State of America only. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. Additionally, we do not deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

8. Undeliverable Packages: If our shipping partners are unable to deliver the package due to incorrect address information provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, it will be returned to us. In such cases, we will attempt to contact you to arrange for reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment due to address errors.

9. Damaged or Lost Packages: While we take utmost care to ensure the safe delivery of your packages, accidents can occasionally happen during transit. If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work diligently with our shipping partners to investigate the issue and resolve it to your satisfaction.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

   - Fabric cut off from a piece is generally not subject to return and exchange, except in cases of obvious factory defects or quality issues.

   - You have 2 (TWO)  days from the date of delivery to initiate a return or exchange request.

3. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

   - To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer support team through xxx. Provide your order number and a brief description of the reason for return or exchange.

4. Verification of Factory Marriage:

   - In cases of fabric cut off, where you believe there is an obvious factory marriage, our team will carefully inspect the product to verify the issue before proceeding with the return or exchange process.

5. Non-Eligibility for Return and Exchange:

   - Besides fabric cut off, other non-returnable and non-exchangeable items include personalized or customized products, intimate apparel, and products with signs of use or damage caused by the customer.

6. Return Shipping:

   - For eligible returns and exchanges, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs unless there was an error on our part or the product is confirmed to have an obvious factory defect.

7. Refunds and Store Credit:

   - Refunds for eligible returns will be issued in the original payment method used for the purchase.

   - In cases where an exchange is not possible, a store credit will be issued for future use on our online store.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products:
